The company was started twenty five years ago in Milton Keynes.

We have grown & evolved over this period into a well-established, local independent Cleaning company with years of experience in both the public & private sector, in all aspects of the Cleaning Industry.

The range of services that we  offer are  wide and varied and are aimed at supporting the individual needs of any organisation, large or small . This may involve organizing something as small as a milk delivery, to project managing large decorating & refurbishment works, or liasing with security & maintenance if necessary for any out of hours emergencies.

We are servicing & attending our clients premises daily, it makes perfect sense for us to be expected to monitor & report immediately any issues which may cause risks or concern to any staff , contractors or visitors.

We are registered key holders for numerous clients who have no locally based contacts.

Our core business is predominantly servicing the daily cleaning requirements of local businesses.
We have successfully retained our work for The Milton Keynes Parks Trust, local managing agents,  Lambert Smith Hampton, Dexter Brown, Douglas Duff & Frontier Estates for this period of time. We also work for many National Managing agents such as Mason Philips, GVA Grimleys, King Sturge, Montague Evans, & have acquired approved supplier accreditation from such companies as Balfour Beattie, Covian & Rapleys. Our client contract list retains many of our original contracts and clients who have remained with us.

Specialist floor cleaning, carpet cleaning & window cleaning services are offered to our customers and we have invested in the latest technology truck mounted cleaning equipment to enable us to offer these services.
We do pride ourselves on being a locally based company and as such, we have never had to seek work outside of the Milton Keynes area.

In several of our multi tenanted buildings, we provide the full time receptionists and caretakers on site for the clients. Also undertaken is the daily exterior cleaning of several local shopping centres.
